Decent choice for teriyaki chicken or beef over rice. We like to do the bowls and it lasts for a couple of meals. Definitely a good lil local mom and pop shop worth supporting.

We wanted to try some teriyaki and it was perfect. Small place, quiet and nice. The service was great. I got the plate with teriyaki chicken, rice, macaroni salad and salad and my husband did the chicken and beef teriyaki , rice , macaroni salad and salad and we both really enjoyed. The meat was nice and soft and tasty. Was really good for a new try.

Top Notch Spot. This place literally gets better every day and the price is just stellar. I usually get the chicken and beef teriyaki with avocado, but lately the chicken bento and cheeseburgers have been hitting the spot. You can't go wrong coming here. Try and avoid the rush hours because it can take a while for the food to be made, but when you call in advance or order throughout the day, then you definitely won't be sorry~

This place is super amazing. Wish I lived in the area because I would be here more often. Huge portions, great tasting for such an affordable price. If you want to get your macros and a lot of them definitely come here. 2 Chicken Teriyaki Bowls for $12.00 bucks! Wow. I opted for one Chicken Teriyaki bowl and one Beef Bowl. Both were filling and great tasting. Don't expect much for customer service from a hole in the wall Asian restaurant lol. They are truly the definition of an immigrant restaurant haha. They work fast, efficient and quiet. They aren't here to chat it up with you. Also very clean inside. Looks spectacularly clean as I'm sitting inside. Definitely cannot judge a book by its cover as the outside doesn't look like much. If you're on a budget and you want great food that's gonna be good and filling I definitely recommend you come here!

I ordered Teriyaki House to-go today and I am honestly amazed by their presentation and affordable prices. I had their crunch roll for lunch and I was not expecting it to be paired with pickled veggies, fruit, two extra pieces of sushi, a scoop of egg salad, and a piece of egg omelette. It's a generous serving for about $11. I loved the pickled veggies, especially the yellow radishes. As for the crunch roll, it was 10 pieces that tasted fresh and definitely had a good crunch to it. It was so filling, that I could only get through half of the roll. While it's not the best crunch roll that I've had, you really can't beat the price and portion. Since I ordered my meal to-go, I can't speak much about the ambiance. However, I can say that the service is great and the food is good.

This place is the definition of a hole in the wall! It's located in the same shopping center as Stater Bros. Although I've been to Stater Bros many times, I had never noticed Teriyaki House. Luckily, with the help of Yelp, I discovered that it is a wonderful Japanese restaurant. Upon entering, it's clear that the staff takes pride in the restaurant. It was very clean and organized. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box, which was absolutely delicious and included many more sides than the typical bento boxes I've had in Little Tokyo. The quality of the food was great, and I can't wait to go back and try something else.

I just tried this place for the first time yesterday and I must say I had no idea this was it a little hidden gem tucked away in the same plaza as Stater Brothers. I called my order in and a friendly lady took my order. When I walked to pick up my order, my first impression was that it was a small restaurant, but very clean and a little dark, but still welcoming. The lady that took my order greeted me and informed me my order would be ready shortly. I Had my son with me and she called him over to the counter and offer him a bag cookies... I always appreciate sweet gestures. We ordered plate number 24 which includes teriyaki chicken and fried shrimp. We also ordered number 36 which is the Bento box with spicy tuna roll and shrimp. My first impression was how generous the portions are. Both entrées came with a salad which was very fresh, The shrimp were a good size and very crispy, despite ordering to go. I was very impressed with the spicy tuna and all the other pickled accompaniments in the bento box. I can't wait to try more of their food

On the recommendation of a friend, a buddy and I decided to give this spot a try. I first noticed the dining area is well lit and clean with quite a few tables available along both sides of the room. There was a steady stream of people dining in while we ate and it seemed the food was coming out at a steady pace. The Beef Bento Box has a large portion of beef over white rice and a very small cut roll as one of the sides which were mostly yummy pickled veggies and small salads. The Philadelphia cut roll was large and also comes with home made pickled veggies and fruit. A tasty spider crab roll and the crunchy spicy tuna cut roll both came out in the company of the house home made pickled Dikon, sliced cabbage and cucumber. Everything was super fresh and tasty and the food comes arranged beautifully with proper garnishing to impress. I should have asked for the teryaki on the side as the beef was sweet enough without extra sauce. The cut roll in the Bento Box could have been bigger but I have to admit it would have taken away from the arrangement, (You eat with your eyes first). My only issue was the dine in option comes to the table in mostly styrofoam containers which ended up working out as we couldn't finish all of the food and I guess it saves on the water having to wash dishes. We will definitely be back to try other dishes like the Udon, Yaki Udon and maybe an ABC burger!

This is where I go when I'm craving a big-packed bento box. Teriyaki House is where you get the biggest bang for your buck. I usually get a chicken bento box and it comes fully loaded which includes chicken teriyaki and rice, California rolls, fried dumplings, potato salad, some extra toppings, and a side salad. I can easily turn this into two meals. The box is less than $13 bucks. It's a great deal. They also sell other items like teriyaki bowls, plates, udon, stir-fried udon, sushi rolls, and even burgers. Every time I came here I would put in my phone order so I wouldn't have to wait. Also, you can always order and go shopping at the Stater Bros next door. Parking is great since it's in the plaza Overall, with all the price increases for dinner, this is a great option to come to check out for you or the family.
